Yoga For Coping #5- Mental Focus

Have you ever had the feeling that you wished you could scrunch life up like a paper ball and throw it in the trash and start again? I know I have. But I found its much better to educate your mind how to manage those escalating and frustrating moments that throw you off course instead relying on emotional responses that can be regretful.

That’s why I made this video… When you want a mental time out that soothes how you feel but also reconnects you with your rational mind too, this yoga practice is perfect for you. It can help strengthen your ability to bridge the gap between your emotional mind and your rational mind with some simple techniques that target both areas using sound, movement, and postures.

Enjoy the process and practice it often!

Until next time,

Yoga therapy does NOT take the place of medical treatments or replace doctors. It is however, in my opinion, the missing part of most conventional and alternative medical treatments because seldom are you ever told how to cope with your life while you are waiting for treatments to work or the only coping tool given to you is a medication. Yoga therapy works right along with conventional and integrative doctor methods because it targets the healing they leave unattended.
