Today’s practice is about creating a moment of non doing. I like to call it creating “nothingness’. We're going to experience that element that is so often talked about in the mindfulness practices about just being; being in the moment. Sometimes this type of a practice is one of the hardest of all to be comfortable with. We are so used to being in a busy mind and a busy life that removing ourselves from the distractions around us can feel strange and be uncomfortable. But it also can be one of the most profound moments you will ever experience.
I give you a short explanation and then guide you through the process.
Until next time,
Love Laughter and an Undivided Life.

Yoga therapy does NOT take the place of medical treatments or replace doctors. It is however, in my opinion, the missing part of most conventional and alternative medical treatments because seldom are you ever told how to cope with your life while you are waiting for treatments to work or the only coping tool given to you is a medication. Yoga therapy works right along with conventional and integrative doctor methods.
