Take a different approach to your meditative moment today by doing an all audio yoga movement meditation. Sometimes just being with yourself as you move and breath are all you need to refresh your mind, your body and your emotions. All described movements are easy even if you are not familiar with yoga . But don’t worry if you are “right” or “wrong” in your movement because if you are moving and breathing, you are doing yoga!
